Behind the scenes: Victoria Sponge Cake shoot
A peak into what goes on behind the scenes of an Anne’s Kitchen photoshoot.
Big picture: You see how using a silver reflector can bounce back amazing light onto your dish.
Small picture left: I didn’t completely fill the cake, because that would have made the cake unsteady. Instead, I only filled the visible edge – the effect is pretty realistic.
